JOSEPH T. LEE is a former Assistant District Attorney. Graduated from Hofstra Law School (1986), admitted to the New York State Bar (1986), New Jersey Bar, (1986) and to the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York. Member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

RINA M. CAPICOTTO is a graduate of Hofstra Law School (1988), admitted to the New York State Bar (1988), Connecticut Bar, (1988) and to the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York. Member of the Nassau County Bar Association & The Nassau County Matrimonial Law Committee. Fluent in Italian

We are available seven days a week to serve your needs. For your convenience, our offices are located at 265 East Beech St., Long Beach, NY 11561 and 38 Willis Ave., Mineola, NY 11501 - by appointment only.
